S.C.O.R.E. Competition

October 6, 2009, the Zion 6th-8th Grade Academic Team participated in the Stilwell S.C.O.R.E. Competition. They tested in math, current events, language arts, social studies, and Science. Team members placing and qualifying for the State Tournament of Champions were: Nick Carson - 3rd in Science, Michael Acorn - 2nd in Social Studies, and Darrell Gregory - 2nd in Math & 3rd in Science. Other team members receiving ribbons were: Lakota Doublehead, Justin Junker, and Dylan Kimble. Congratulations to all the members and good luck in future meets!
