Zion School Academic Teams have been very active and successful lately. Below are pictures of the various teams with details of what has been happening.
Zion students competed recently at Stilwell's Fifth Grade Academic Competition. There were about 100 students that participated. Winners from Zion were: Jacob Wolfe - 4th Social Studies and 9th Mathematics, Janice Wolfe - 9th Social Studies and 7th Mathematics, Tyler Watkins - 10th Social Studies and 10th Language Arts, Lauren Latta - 5th Mathematics, Makayla Baldridge - 6th Mathematics and 6th Science, Rikki Duvall - 6th Mathematics, Lyndsi Junker - 9th Mathematics and 4th Science, Kalyn Croley - 10th Mathematics and 7th Language Arts, Leslie Kester - 10th Language Arts, Courtney Kimble - 7th Science.

The Zion Seventh Grade Academic Buzzer Team competed in the Adair County Buzzer Bowl on 5 December 2005. The team took First Place!! Congratulations!!
