ZION BOARD OF EDUCATION DISTRICT #28

JULY 24, 2006 7:00 P.M.

MEETING WILL BE HELD IN THE SUPERINTENDENT'S OFFICE AT ZION SCHOOL LOCATED 2 MILES SOUTH OF STILWELL AND ½ MILE WEST. BUILDING # 1

NOTE: THE BOARD MAY DISCUSS, VOTE TO APPROVE, VOTE TO DISAPPROVE, VOTE TO TABLE, OR DECIDE NOT TO DISCUSS ANY ITEM ON THE AGENDA.


 

          1. Approve or disapprove the minutes of meeting dated July 5, 2006.

          1. Approve or disapprove the Activity Fund Financial Report for June, 2006.

          1. Accept or reject bids on Milk, Bread, Gasoline/Diesel, Extermination.

          1. Designate an authorized representative for all federal programs – Impact Aid, Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, Title V, Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, JOM, IDEA-B.

          1. Designate a Determining Official and a Hearing Officer for the Child Nutrition Program.

          1. Approve or disapprove the Procurement Plan for Child Nutrition for 06-07.

          1. Discuss the Accreditation Report for Zion School.

          1. Approve or disapprove the Food Safety Plan.

          1. Hire an elementary teacher.

          1. Hire a teacher assistant.

          2. Vote to adopt or not to adopt a cell-phone policy.

          3. Approve or disapprove the OSSBA School Board Membership Application.

          4. Approve or disapprove the encumbrances to cover checks # _______________ from the General Fund and the encumbrances to cover checks # ________________ from the Child Nutrition.

          5. New Business.

          6. Adjourn.
