| During World War II, she worked for the United States Treasury in their
Chicago War Office as a key punch operator. After her husband, Raleigh Sr. came back
from the war they moved back to Oklahoma and raised five children while working a family
farm. Raleigh Sr. died with cancer but not before he and Mrs. Olive both had worked
at Stilwell Foods. Mrs. Olive worked there for 20 years. She then worked in a
family gas station. She has been a Foster Grandmother (a Granny) at Zion for four
years. |
