Attention 8th Grade Girls!!

Archery top shooters 2019-2020

Zion School once again congratulates our 8th grade graduating class of 2020. We are making plans for a ceremony in June to honor them and will make an announcement on the date ASAP. Go Jets!!!

Zion School was recently blessed to receive a grant from the Tom J. and Edna M. Carson Foundation for the purchase of new Apple Macbooks and iPads. Our students and teachers will benefit tremendously from this generous grant, says Superintendent Corey Bunch. With this grant and funds received from Cherokee Nation’s Car Tag revenue we will be able to place a device into the hands of every student at Zion School from Pre-K through 8th grade. Having access to technology and learning how to use it properly is essential in today’s world. It is always our goal to prepare our students for their current and future academic needs and these devices are a major step forward for us. Bunch also says it couldn’t have came at a better time. With the challenges of school closures as a result of pandemic, we will be fully prepared moving forward if we need to conduct more distance learning in the fall. Thank you again to the Tom J. and Edna M. Carson Foundation, you are truly helping kids succeed!
